As a real estate broker in Greenwood since 1988, I have chosen to operated

a "little differently". The aim is to be your trusted advisor and counselor during the entire buing and selling experience.....from the first thought of 'is it the time to buy or sell?' all the way to actually sitting at a closing table with you, I never hand you off to an assistant. I totally understand the two-edged sword of moving....one side is TOTALLY EXCITED...the other is ANXIOUS of the uncertainty. As a family, we relocated here in 1988 from Texas so I get it.

My philosophy is to provide excellence in helping families achieve their goals by handling the nitty gritty details on the way to the final handing over of the keys at a closing.

Simply put...my goal is to be your family REALTOR and friend...for this transaction and the next...and to be who you refer your own family and friends to along the way. Whether they are downsizing, rightsizing, retiring, relocation to the Upstate SC, or dealing with Trust and Estate sales, I can help along the way.

I have met and served some AMAZING folks in my 38 years of assisting families in the Greater Greenwood and Upstate areas...and made some of my very best friends in life. That is the 'why' of what I do...to help others achieve the AMERICAN DREAM and make lasting relationships to do this thing called 'life' together!!
